I qualified as a Dental Hygienist from Eastman Dental Hospital in 2012 and was awarded by the Royal College of Surgeons.
I work alongside the rest of the dental team to give oral health care to patients. Dental hygiene plays an important part in dental care in preventing and treating periodontal disease.
I enjoy working with people and am dedicated to my patients to ensure they are provided with the appropriate treatment to suit their needs.
The appointments are tailored to each patient which entails oral hygiene techniques, diet advice, smoking cessation advice, removing calculus to prevent progression of periodontal disease and stain removal.
I keep up to date with the latest dental treatments and research by participating in educational courses and events.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family and young daughter, shopping and socialising with friends.
