I offer 1-2-1 coaching sessions for all levels in a 100% private and comfortable environment to learn at your own pace and at any level.
Boxing – I have been in boxing for most of my life and coached all levels from novice to pro full time for pretty much the last 15 years. First timers are a speciality for me if you want to learn the art of boxing or just want to let off some steam we can find what works for you.
Strength & Conditioning – I have a passion for strength & conditioning training which i train myself daily and i’m more than capable of helping you on your journey of building strength or toning your body.
Fat Loss – Fat loss is something i have much experience in and i realsie this is not as easy as setting out your training we will work on every factor including diet mindset and aim to improve your consistency discipline and dedication to reaching your ideal physique. No matter where you are at in your health journey i’m here to help in any way I can in a very clean and comfortable environment in 100% privacy.
