What Are Teeth in a Day?

This is an implant-based treatment that is well suited to patients who have lost most or all of their teeth, or for whom many of their teeth are failing.

Carried out under light sedation or local anaesthetic, teeth in a day involves a single procedure where a number of implants (usually around 4-6 depending on the patient) are placed into the jawbone. Once complete, a custom, provisional bridge is fitted directly on to the implants and you can go home with a brand-new smile.

After around 3-6 months, once the jaw has healed and the implants have fully integrated into the bone, the final bridge is fitted which is tailored, tweaked and adjusted down to the finest detail to look and feel just like real teeth.

I have just returned home and wanted to give some good feedback.
When I arrived I was greeted by their reception staff with a smile and very friendly greeting.
My NHS appointment was with Dr Ijaz Hussain at Bluebell. As a nervous patient I am very pleased to say how thorough and gentle Dr Hussain was.
He explained my options and treatment required to maintain the health of my teeth and gums.
Thanks to him and all the staff I will look forward to returning to this practice again in the future, rather than being stressed and nervous.

When all other dentist in the borough and central London had turned me away due to how complicated and unique my case was. Dr.Alistair went above and beyond to help me. Also, Dr. Robin was just amazing during my gum grafting, he kept me informed all along the process and made the surgery as transparent as possible.

I had never been to a dental hygienist before and my first go was with Samira. The practice was really clean and welcoming and Samira was amazing. I was originally quite nervous but I was immediately put at ease and Samira kept me informed of what she was doing at each stage. I had previously visited this establishment almost a year and a half ago and had my tooth removed. At the time, it was a emergency so didn’t think much of the visit. It was pleasant and it ended the pain I was in. This was my second visit, and as expected I had a great experience. All of the staff were very friendly, and they were very accommodating when asking questions. I was seen by Dr Farrell, and his friendly nature and genuine concern for my teeth instantly put me at ease. It wasn’t just the treatment that was quick and painless, but he was very articulate as to what else I should continue to do to keep my teeth healthy. For me the visit was definitely a decider as to my go to dental clinic, and Dr Farrell really went over and beyond what I was expecting, so Thank you. Definitely recommend this place!
